  • The door-watchers were all in costume. Star Wars is a common theme.
  • Picture with Peter Adkinson, founder of Wizards of the Coast and now the owner-operator of GenCon.
  • Live-Action Chess run by Looney Labs. Points are assigned for good role-playing along with chess mastery. Good times for all involved.
  • Giant board for Settlers of Catan in the board-game tournament area.
  • A Napoleonic miniature battle.
  • A miniatures game recreating the Siege of Troy.
